DESCRIPTION:The Word Munchers community is excited to present its annual charity bazaar\, an event designed to teach children the art of giving and entrepreneurial skills at a young age. This beloved event brings together our students\, parents\, and community to raise funds for a good cause while fostering creativity\, teamwork\, and leadership among our young participants. \nRefer to link for details ans to register. Please note\, we cannot accommodate more than 30 stalls due to space constraints. \nhttps://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdxe-XAeYdYJlYOayt4APUl5GchM8wE0U6TpCLavODRld1CYw/viewform \nCharity Bazaar Detail\n– Date: 7th December\n– Time: 5-7 pm\n– Venue: Math Ashram\, 15\, Burdwan Road\n– Reporting Time: 4:30 pm \nTable Allocation and Rules\n– 30 tables will be allocated as follows:\n– 15 tables for Games\n– 10 tables for Food\n– 5 tables for Handicrafts\n– Tables will be allotted on a chit basis (F-1\, F-2\, G-1\, G-2\, etc.) randomly.\n– No requests for shifting/swapping tables will be entertained.\n– If a student purchases 2 tables\, they need to inform us to get side-by-side tables.\n\nTable Details and Responsibilities\n– Each table costs Rs 750\, payable directly to the NGO.\n– No refund option is available.\n– Tables can only be manned by WM students (max 2 students per table).\n– No adults (parents or maids) are allowed to man the tables with children.\n– Children need to bring their own tablecloth and decorative items.\n– No pasting on the walls\, and no stools are allowed. \nTable Size and Logistics\n– Table size: Length – 2 feet\, Width – 1.5 feet\, Height – 2.5 feet\n– Parking is available in the lanes near the venue. \nImportant Notes\n– Tables will only be sold to WM students and cannot be manned by anyone who is not currently with us.\n– Revenue collected from table sales will go to charity\, while the revenue earned by each child from sales will be theirs solely.
